Documents like CNIC, Driving License, ATM Card, educational documents and other belongings often get lost due to theft or misplacement. e-Khidmat Markaz provides the facility to report the lost documents. Citizen will get a copy of the loss report which you can use to track your application and to apply for new documents.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR Loss Report
Morning: Sahulat Markaz will be opened during 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
Evening: Sahulat Markaz (Only Lahore - ASTP and Lahore) will be opened during 06:00 pm to 12:00 am.

e-Khidmat Markaz will be opened from Monday to Saturday.
E-Khidmat Markaz observes Lunch / Prayer Break during 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm.
e-Khidmat Markaz will be closed during 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm on Friday for Jummah Prayer / Lunch Break.
